Post breakfast, start for Kalimpong local sightseeing. Visit Delo Hill, Pine View Nursery, Dr. Graham’s Home, Mangal Dham, Rishi Bankim Park, and Zang Dhok Palri Monastery. First on the list are the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (just a heads-up, it's closed on Thursdays). After that, we'll check out the Rungeet Valley Ropeway, Tenzing & Gumbo Rock, and the Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (closed Sundays). We'll also get to take in the tea gardens and the Peace Pagoda, which is also called the Japanese Temple. Then, it's an overnight stay right here in Darjeeling.
